Sisters Eva and Sophia at 3 months old

We're here!!!!

Sophia Carol O'Connell(4lbs 9oz) and Eva Carol O'Connell arrived into th world at 11:51 and 11:52am on December 27th 2009.

Mommy and Daddy are very excited. We got home on New Years Day. This picture was taken at 12:01 am when we ringing in the New Year.

Sisters.....

Mommy and Daddy found out that we are sisters!!! They just learned the good news at the doctors office and they couldn't be happier. Daddy was Tweeting the news to everyone when Mommy was still on the table.
They think we are fraternal twins but the doctor says there is a 30% chance we could be identical. Our question now is: What will our names be? If you have any suggestions send them Mommy and Daddy's way.
The doctor thinks we may arrive around the New Year. We can't wait to meet all of you!!

Music to our ears..

At week 18 we are beginning to hear things now. Mommy put her iPhone on her belly and we heard some of her music. Daddy did the same. I think we like Daddy's music better.

Mommy and Daddy will find out our sexes on September first. They cannot wait. Mommy thinks it's a boy and a girl. Daddy thinks it could be 2 girls.

Our bedroom is all cleaned out and ready for paint. Daddy picked up our cribs and changing table. I heard him grunt and ask "how he's going to put all those pieces together?"

Our First Blog from Baby's A and B.

Well it's about 16 weeks and we figured since we've already developed our fingers it's time to start blogging. We'll be giving you updates from the womb in the coming weeks and months.
Mommy and Daddy are so excited we're coming into the world. They found out on Memorial Day that we were on our way. A few weeks later with help from an ultrasound, a nurse told them there are 2 of us in here. You should have seen the look on their faces.....

Officially, we're due to arrive on January 25th but we are both trying to break out of here sooner than that. It's already getting crowded. Plus we heard Daddy say he wanted us to come early so he can have 2 tax deductions (whatever that means).

Mommy and Daddy have been busy going to doctor appointments, shopping at Babies R Us and telling everyone how happy they are that we are coming. We even made our first trip to the Jersey shore and Mommy fed us some Sam's Pizza from Wildwood's boardwalk. Yummy!!!!
That's it for now. We're getting tired..time for a nap.
